New Patient Registration

We are still welcoming new patients to Linthorpe Surgery!

Due to COVID-19, ALL registrations will be done over the telephone. If you would like to register with Linthorpe Surgery then please give the surgery a ring and we can explain what happens next.

In order to register with the practice you must live within the practice boundary.  If your request is accepted we will complete a new patient questionnaire over the telephone.

If you move outside the practice boundary you must inform the surgery and register with a local doctor as soon as possible.

Practice boundary

If you have any doubt whether you live in our practice area, please telephone the surgery and speak to one of our reception staff.

Practice boundary change

The application to change our practice boundary was accepted by NHS England and we will no longer be taking on patients with the following postcodes.

TS10, TS11, TS15, TS17, TS18, TS19 and TS23.

For those patients still registered with ourselves living in the above postcodes, you will not be removed from the practice list, however if you do move address to one of these postcodes in the future then you will be removed.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
